In this video, I am showing you step-by-step how to make your own loose incense blend for rituals or meditation!
I am making a patience ritual blend and will have the herbs used listed below.
Making your own incense is super easy and really fun. First, go to an herbal shop, tea shop, or metaphysical shop and pick out the herbs you would like to use. (You can also find herbs online)
You can also lookup online what each herb is used for before this so that you know exactly what herbs to buy, OR you can do what I do and pick random ones, and learn about them when you get home, to write in your grimoire!
Next, you will crush the herbs you want to use in your ritual incense, to create your own loose incense ritual blend.
Light a coal disquette, and sprinkle your herb onto the hot coal to release the smoke and aroma and fill your sacred space 🖤
