Is your recipe shelf stable? I made your recipe, I have a lot of people telling me it is not "Shelf Stable"

@@CorkysTeaTime2022 since she is using a water-bath to process the jelly, it is shelf stable..if she was making freezer jelly, then it wouldn't be..hope that helps!
