I make this for my teenage daughters weekly and they love it!! Just tons of veggies in the curry for about 1-2 mins with a quick release. I pan fry some tofu to add on top. You did a fantastic job of explaining and demonstrating. Thank you so much 🤩

While all of Neena's recipes are excellent, her Thai Yellow Curry is over the top. I enjoyed it so much that a supply of fresh curry leaves has just been ordered from Amazon. This delicious curry is definitely a 'keeper'.

Nina, so many things! Number one. I realy admire how nice your videos look. I especialy appreciate that you show all the ingredents needed before proceding. Two. I'm new to the hot pot (I got my 6 qt. Duo Nova off of craigs list) and as mine didn't come with the manuel, your video on that specifc model is very helpful. I love Thai food and this recipe looks great. I have one question. your ingredient list indcate "lime leaves". Are thoes Kaffir lime? Again, thank you!
