You would never know this insanely delicious butter chicken is super healthy and contains no butter! The flavorful creamy sauce will have you licking every last drop and the chicken thighs come out perfectly tender and cooked in the Instant Pot. This looks amazing Carolyn! We just packed up our instant pot for our move but I’ll be saving this recipe for when we get settled. I love chicken breast but thighs always have a better taste to me too. Thanks for sharing and I can’t wait to make this. And I love that it’s a healthier version too!

I love butter chicken. I always like to add a bag a frozen vegetables. It makes a great meal prep and lends itself to whatever veggies I want to add.

Just watched on the TV; you make it look so easy and fast! Wonder what other spice blend you could use in place of the curry and fatal masala- italian?

You could probably use anything and it will give you a nice creamy sauce just not with the traditional Indian flavor. I can make it the next time you visit and you can see if it’s worth investing in the spices

I never had tried Indian food until Covid-we got so many meals donated and delivered to the hospital from local restaurants. This butter chicken was probably my favorite meal hands down! The homemade version tastes exactly the same but way healthier!

Great question! This is a dairy free version so it doesn’t contain butter but still gives all the same traditional flavors

@@ContemporaryMama so I've never tried this recipe or even heard of it before but I will give it a shot! I just bought the book Whole 30 and doing my research looking for products and recipes before I get started so I do not fail. Thanks for the videos by the way they are very helpful! 😊👍

@@robinklauser6447 same! They say to completely prepare yourself & that's exactly what I'm trying to do too 😉 I wonder how this would taste with the Whole30 approved Ghee??
