I used to buy asham from the street vendors in Jamaica, but I never actually made it, but now that I live in America I found your video and thanks for sharing ☺️
Yes this was my favourite snack when I was growing up there. 😊 Nice to see u remaking it, the elderly folks used to make it for me after I did their chores 😄
Yeah, I remember asham, the peanut man used to sell it too. On Sunday evening the peanut man would come in the community selling hot roasted peanut in the shell and asham in a cone shape package. I like asham. Delicious!!!
I put my corn kernels in the broiler and monitor it closely. It get roasted brown quickly and then I put it in a coffee grinder and WALAH 🙌🏾… In Belize we call it Kasham
