This is a delicious Jamaican style ice cream cake recipe, this is not a copy cat recipe, I just came up with this cake recipe and then apply the Japanese cake roll technique to do the rolling process, the cake tasted delicious, it’s a must try.

Here are the ingredients used:
DRY INGREDIENTS
3/4 cups all purpose flour
1 pk of vanilla jello powder
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp mixed spice
1/4 tsp salt
LIQUID INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
3/4 tablespoons molasses
1/3 cups of coconut oil
1 cup granulated sugar

Try using parchment paper to roll the cake next time instead of a towel.

Thanks hon I got it in a gift for Christmas, I will get the link to it for you. No that is vanilla ice cream I made the rum and raisin, it’s the same method for the vanilla though
