Oh my goodness!! I followed your recipe exactly and it was soooooo good. This is the first time I tried one of your recipes. I was not disappointed. I loved it. Everyone said it was scrumptious. I look forward to trying more of your recipes. One thing. You said to buy half n half but you didn't use it in the recipe u less I missed it. But I did add a cup of it to my alfredo. Thank you so much I think I'm gonna try your lamb chops next.
I made this last night and it was EXCELLENT! The only thing that I did different is that I sauteed the veggies before making the sauce and used the same pan for the sauce so some of the "sweat" from the veggies was available as initial flavor for the sauce itself. Also I had to use Farfalle since I didn't any Penne. Any in case, this recipe is a certified HIT!

You are so right about the peppers. In my area (NJ) I can't find Scotch Bonnet, so I use Habanero. According to Wikipedia both of them are about the same level of heat. 100,000- 350,000 units on the Scoville chart. ANYWAY! I'm making your recipe tonight!

@@MrMakeItHappen It was great the family loved it and I marinated shrimp in the jerk marinade 4 me because I follow a pescatarian diet. And I usually make my own alfredo sauce but tried your way and they loved it. 😋....and I love your voice it's so soothing and you're fine 2 just thought I'd put that out there😩(respectfully)
Hello, ok is the jerk seasoning hot or spicy?! Or does it jus have a kick, I have wanted to try Jerk Chicken but was unsure if it would be to hot. I'm sure it has good flavor tho, nice dish.... Continue to be a blessing thru food!
