Another great success using your tutorials. Kale chips are my new fave snack. (They’ve been a fave for a while but the store bought ones just aren’t as good) I tore my pieces smaller than what you illustrate in this video and made a big batch. So many thumbs up. Thank you!

This is the second recipe I’ve noticed no temperature. :( the first was the spaghetti squash and I’m not sure the temp on that either.

300 degrees. Mine took 15 min. @ 300, plus another 10 after flipping them on the baking sheet.

If you go higher than 300, you run the risk of burning the chips.

I find that Tuscan kale tends to be easier to work with...and a bit more photogenic than curly kale. ;) But even if they're not pretty, they're still delicious!

Thanks for the video. You could achieve the same results if you spread the kale (sprinkled with oil) on a non stick pan and slow roast. Add salt after the crisps are formed.

If you put them in the microwave for 2 - 3 minutes, you don’t have to use any oil or salt. They taste great

no higher than 300 degrees. But the lower the better. You want to dehydrate them faster than you cook them.
