I made this twice last week. 2nd time I added nutritional yeast and used a mexican blend cheese. I also rolled it out thin and added sesame seeds to the top. It is fantastic!
I love how Heavenly Fan can push out keto recipes even though she's vegan. Total Soldier! Seriously you are doing an amazing job. Keep it up! You are the future!
I usually skip through recipe videos and prefer to listen to them without sound and just following the steps. But you have such a calming voice and sound, that I actually watched the entire video with so much fun. Great vid, gonna try this tomorrow!
I made these crackers today and they tasted AMAZING!! Thank you Heavenly Fan for sharing your delicious Keto recipes. I’m a Londoner, and I totally relate to your voice. I’m definitely a Fan🥰
I made these crackers today and it was amazing! I used parmezan instead of mozzarella and wheat bran instead of oat but it tasted cheezy and great! It’s been a while since I had crackers due to diabetes and it feels so good to satisfy your cravings!
Not even keto but I was given coconut flour by a family member and I love to make my own snacks, so I tried this on a whim today and it worked so well! I used regular cheese and the oatfiber + coconut flour option and it's so good and made alot more crackers than I thought thank you!
My favourite Heavenly Fan recipe to date! 💜 I KNEW it was going to be good so I made a double batch! I combine 1 recipe of the coconut flour with 1 recipe of the almond flour plus I also added a couple of tablespoons of nutritional yeast, a teasoon of onion powder plus some fresh rosemary. I brushed with avocado oil instead of olive oil. Adding different herbs and spices is going to be lots of fun ... I'm already thinking about Italian/pizza seasoning .. or chilli flakes .. the texture of the almond flour and coconut flour is delicious! I used the 5cm round cookie cutter but will try squares next time to save time. Thank you Fan for this delicious recipe that is going to be a staple! I'll be buying you a coffee 💜
Please let me know how much Almond, Coconut flour you used. Also how much Oat Fiber. Or did you mix up a bag of each and then just mixed the two recipes together? Thank you ❤️
Hello- thanks for sharing your wisdom. I just purchased the tortilla press and oat fibre from your Amazon shop. Hope this is the slightest thank you to all your kind sharing ! Many thanks!
I made the oat fiber option twice using first almond flour and the lupin flour ( sweet white) the second batch. First batch was my favorite tasting just like wheat crackers and the second batch was a little bitter by themselves but tasted fine with cheese slice. Will make again with spices.
I've just made them with almond meal and another one with almond meal and oat fibre! I've added some paprika and chilli powder on them. They are great!!! Thank you!
Just made these but I used regular mozzarella and used whey in place of water (leftover after making paneer, which is my staple). I missed a step (oil on baking sheet and on top of the dough) but they still turned out well. Looked a little dry because of this but enough oil and cheese in the dough they weren't dry and very good, very pleased that I've tried. Next time I will be sure not to miss the step. Usually not big on recipies and start doing my own thing but I need to add more variety in my food option, and in keeping plantbase + gluten free + low carb is not easy without relying on the channel like this. This was simple and very happy that I tried, no doubt I will make these regularly and I don't have to risk a discomfort by eating things that don't agree with the body, thank you Fan. 🙂
You can up the anti and increase the health benefits and making them taste like cheddar by adding nutritional yeast. I think I’ll be giving these a try. Thank you! 😋💞
I rarely comment on you tube videos but heavenly fan is too legit to ignore. She is an innovator! I follow alot of keto recipe chanels and heavenly fan is their source of new recipes. OMG!!! U r a mind reader! U r amazing!!! Love the blend mix options u have given! I love u, love ur recipes, u make them so simple for someone like me who is intimated by cooking! 🙏🙏🙏
Hi Fan I’m definitely going to make these, I’ve never tried a recipe of yours that I haven’t liked, I don’t know how you keep coming up with these brilliant ideas 💡, just thought your subscribers might like to know I’ve found 900g of dried lupin seeds for £7-39 on eBay, great price if you can grind them into flour yourself, all the best Carol from Scotland x
Today I tried the 60 g coconut flour version of this recipe. Oat fiber is not sold in my country. For me crunchiness is very important, so I also omitted the cheese (I'm not vegan). I did a little mischief and added powdered sour cream-onion flavor. They were so crispy and crunchy without needing to refrigerate them in the oven! 😍 So delicious! You don't need to be on a ketogenic diet or vegan to do this. Thanks so much for this great recipe! ☺️
Wow! You're the best! Could you please tell me how can the xantan gum be replaced? Grounded flax seeds, maybe? In what quantity? Is it ok not to use the fiber? Thank you🥰
Wow, thank you for the recipe! I will try and replace the oat fibre with peanut powder. I love peanut flips, a German specialty, I bet your crackers will taste quite similar. I will give an update after my peanut attempt… 🥜
@@pamelap.123 Unfortunately I have to report that it did not work! 🙁 I exchanged 30 grams of the almond flour for powdered peanuts and added some allulose. The dough was very sticky and the crackers did not get crunchy after baking, maybe because of the allulose. Anyways, one could not taste any peanuts in the crackers. Since they were not crispy at all, I have only eaten a few so far, might even throw them out… 😏
I just love your videos....awesome job! I love making bread and switching up my flours has been a challenge but your videos has made the process so easy. Thank you!
Just made them. Absolutely delicious, can’t stop eating them. Made them with Parmesan. Will have to make another batch. Thank you for this amazing recipe.
Great recipe! Thank you! I added garlic & onion powder, and a dash of monk sugar to give it more of a standard cracker taste. I also prefer mixing it with melted butter (I'm veg but not vegan).
Great taste. Not as crisp as I'd like, but I only had regular cheddar. I didn't leave them in the oven to cool completely, but will try that next time. Will definitely be making them again.
So glad to see you back.... ! this looks really great, dying to try this... i am thinking a mixture of vegan cheese to balance the carbs and some nutritional yeast... I really am a sucker for a cracker.... this is the straw that breaks this camels back... as I like like love low carb but also like my crunch with food i.e. crackers...
I made these yesterday using mozzarella and they were ok. Today I made this using fresh Parmesan and added some black pepper and they are delish. Worth making.
This is a fantastic recipe! I especially like that this is dairy free. I cook all dairy free meals so I’m always looking for new recipes . I have a cooking channel too. I’d love to learn more from each other!! Never stop learning and growing!
I just made this crackers, it taste really good but it just not as crispy as yours, i didn't use the oat fiber but using the coconut fibers instead.....i still love it and will make it again soon, thank you so much for the recipe !!
I just ran into your keto French fries video. I loved it, and I said she was so good, so she's gotta have some other great content on her channel, and oh my God was I right. Mark my words, your channel is gonna skyrocket some time very soon.
