Homemade Kitkat
Ingredients:
Milk Compound: 150 gm
Chocolate Waffy biscuit
Method:
1. Firstly cut the chocolate wafers biscuit into the kitkat mould size.
2. In a vessel take boiling hot water and place another bowl over it. Add roughly cut milk compound. Now melt it until it becomes smooth and silky. Stir it continuously.
3. Then pour the chocolate into the mould and turn down the mould. Remove the excess chocolate. Keep it in the refrigerator for 5-7 minutes.
4. After set the first layer apply melted chocolate with the brush.
5. Now place the cut chocolate wafer biscuit in the mould and pour chocolate over it and tap it 3-4 times.
6. Then keep the chocolate mould in refrigerator for about 10 -15 minutes.
7. Get them out of the mould and your homemade KitKat chocolate is ready.
Note: Keep the chocolate mould always in freeze not in freezer to set the chocolate.
