I did mines just like this video. Difference is for my ricotta cheese I added eggs, mozzarella cheese, salt and pepper. Use prego sauce added seasonings. 👌😋 Out of all recipes on RU-vid, yours the best. 👍👍😊 Family enjoyed it. Thank you for this recipe.

I've been craving lasagna and I like trying new ways to make it. I once knew a woman who made lasagna and it was soo delicious. I lost touch with her so I never got her recipe. I guess what stood out to me was I could really taste the ground beef separate from the sauce. Now I know why, because she cooked the ground beef separately like yours. It made the world of difference in flavor. So I'll be making your recipe. I love watching cooking videos, but out of all the recipes I've seen, yours is the only one with the meat cooked separately. It makes sense since your adding another layer of flavor without the meat drowning in sauce where you hardly taste it. Might as well add no meat. lol.

Your lasagna was def worth the,time watching. I make a great one too but i love watching how others make theirs. So many different ways. I make one nice big layer of ricotta. I dont layer mine. I am a fanatic over premium ricotta. What used to be Sorrento is now Galbani and its,the best. In Philly Maggio is great as,well. I have tp stop myself from eating the whole container of it. I also make my own cannolis. Its important tp strain the ricotta overnight to get the whey or milky water out so your lasagna or cannolis or whatever doesnt have that watery stuff puddling.
