We call the large white beans Butter Beans in the US. We call them Lima Beans when theyre smaller and still green. Just trying to help anyone that wants to make this recipe. Love your channel, Maha ❤

Hello Chef: I was looking for a different recipe for “gigandes” (giant Lima beans) and found your channel. Your recipe required no oven baking like the Greek recipe, which is better for summer cooking. It was very easy and delicious. I am one of the people who will not eat cilantro because I get that soapy feeling in my mouth. Parsley is always my substitute and works just fine. I watched many of your videos.
