How to Make Lefse 

My grandma lived in North Dakota, we live in Michigan. Every Christmas she sent us a bunch of lefse.

I make around 300 to 400 sheets per year for fundraisers and churches. I also make mine a lot different than you do, and have been scolded for making the sheets "too thin". Having said all that....... I fell in love with you ! great video.
