My name is Tiffany Gaiter..I just started my journey. I just found this page!! I'm adding these podcast to my daily routine so I can take care of my mind as well. The reason i often fail is the mental obsticals that I dont address which trun into overeating or ending a workout program. They manifest into " I dont have time", "I'm overwhelmed" or "Who cares so why even try". These "talks" with you really help keep me focused. On thing I would LOVE to hear you speak about is the "roles" we play in other peoples lives and how when we start to change those roles we are treated differently which can also lead to failure. For example, I was always the "Fat one" in my family. As soon as I started losing weight, peoples attitudes changed. I thought they would be proud of my success but instead they were saying things like "We miss the old you who would eat real food with us". Not wanting to disappoint I returned to the old me. So today I start again!
Thank you for introducing us to people who you find interesting and who you know we will enjoy, as well. She is open and honest about her struggles and gives us inspiration to keep moving forward through our own issues. She's also hilarious!
