I made this recipe yesterday for my family and wow wow wow, it's hands down the absolute best Lobster Bisque I've ever tasted and the seafood market near my workplace was currently the best I've ever had until last night! My family loved every sip, and I just polished off the leftovers and it's even better the next day! My girlfriend bought me one of your joint cook books back in November for my birthday but she didn’t see *Pre-Order* (Idk how she didn’t lol). She was upset she still hasn’t gotten a tracking number for it but I told her to be patient. I just found out about and I’m excited to get it. Keep up the good work.

So am I. I did get the email a few weeks ago that said they had just received the second batch of books and they were shipping them out as fast as possible so hopefully it won't take to much longer.
I’m in the same boat with you all, I did get a response from Matt(Mr. Make It Happen) they sent out some orders Monday before Christmas and then some of the shipping personal got Covid-19. Also check your spam folders for your shipping info. My info was in my spam folder, also if you have a order # your tracking number is in that same email.

OmG the Italian grocery store in New Orleans, named Zuppardo’s makes it exactly like you just did. We can buy it by the pint or half gallon. Only thing they leave out is the hunks of lobster meat on top. Delicious it is, though!!! Yes indeed!!! Thank you!!!
I guess I really want my book because I haven’t received any updates but I check my mail everyday lol. I know purchase was made day of pre order and Covid doesn’t help anyone . I’m trying to be patient but I tell ya it’s hard when it comes to making good food thanks to chef AB and Mr make it happen
I think making the stock this way does not get enough of the lobster flavor in it. I ended up having to throw some lobster in the soup and blending it in just to get the flavor in there. Next time, I will be just throwing everything in water from the beginning and boiling for a longer time and cooking the lobster in the stock and then taking out the meat.
Worst word in the world sauce, that's wonderful! Even knowing how to properly pronounce it while looking at the bottle and forty plus years practicing, I'll be darned if I can pronounce it off hand without looking at the bottle.
