I love using and working with silicone moulds and in this tutorial I will show you how to make very easy chocolate love hearts that you can easily personalise. I do have a full tutorial on how to temper chocolate if your interested there will be a link in the end of the tutorial.

Thanks I have a large silicone heart mould and was only thinking inside the box to make a sponge cake. I'm now going to make a chocolate heart slab. Thank you 😊

Good afternoon. Here a newbie grom The Netherlands. How much time the mold must stay in the refrigerator?? And must it be the refrigerator of the freezer ? Thanks in advance ..

Sorry Helga for the late reply. I am back on youtube. I personally never put in the freezer because if you remove from a really cold to normal temperature, there's a chance of cracking. So I prefer the fridge. If the chocolate I used, I have tempered, so depending on the size, it will range from 1 to 2 hours. I normally will touch it and get a sense of how hard the chocolate is. If it's very firm, then I know it's ready.
