Ep030. 30 min SUSHI. MAKI-SUSHI, Torotaku, Anakyu, and Salmon cheese. Ta-ke-san received a gift, Nori, seaweed, from his friend, professional fisherman Y-Jii. This time, he used this Nori to make Torotaku, Anakyu, and Salmon Cheese. Torotaku is made with tuna and takuan (pickles), while anakyu is made with conger eel and cucumber.
[RECIPE]
1. Make sushi-rice.
Add the sushi -vinegar to the cooked rice. Mix the rice with air so that it does not become sticky.
2. Prepare the ingredients for the sushi roll.
First, cut the tuna.
Cut the takuan (pickled Daikon radish).
Cut the conger eel.
Cut the cucumber.
3. Roll up Sushi.
Prepare the makisu.
Lay the nori on the makisu.
Spread the sushi rice on the nori.
Add the wasabi if you like.
Place the neta, such as Tuna, Takuan etc. on top.
Roll up the sushi.
Cut the sushi into pieces.
4. Presentation and how to enjoy the dish.
Finally, place the shell-shaped daikon radish on top.
Enjoy the sushi rolls with a sip of sake.
Take-san made sushi with the present Nori of a friend.
It is easy, delicious, and takes about 30 minutes to make. Why don't you enjoy the roll sushi?
