Ingredients:
chicken breast 700g
chicken skin little bit
garlic 1 clove
celery 2 inch
lemon juice 2 tsp
cornstarch 2 tbsp
salt 1tsp
white pepper 1/2 -1 Tsp
water 3tbsp
oil 3 tbsp
bread crumbs or flour to coat
for Batter
cornflour 1 cup
cornstarch 1/4 cup
all-purpose flour 1/4 cup
baking powder 1 tsp
salt 1 Tsp
white pepper 1/2 tsp
oil to fry
add cold water gradually to make a thick batter that coats your finger when dipped
NOTE:
1.grind the chicken coarsely. this time I over minced a little.
2. you can freeze after rolling into the breadcrumbs. It will help the batter to stick better.
