Meatballs on skewers

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp dried onion powder
- 1 tsp dried garlic powder
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl combine the ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper to taste, dried oregano, paprika powder, ketchup and mustard.
2. Mix until everything is combined together.
3. Form small meatballs and arrange them on a baking tray lined with a piece of parchment paper.
4. Drizzle some olive oil and bake for about 20-25 minutes in an already heated oven at 350 F or 180 C degrees.
