This was the best thing ever! I was feeling so depressed right now sitting in the hospital cause I have to have surgery tomorrow morning and boom this popped up on my phone and turned my frown upside down! Thank you so much amigas!
I am a silent viewer and have been watching actually for just around 6 months or so. I just want to say thank you for all the recipes that u share with us. I have made several of your recipes and my family loves them all so far. I grew up being raised by my Nana and she would always tell me to go help her in the kitchen and I did sometimes. I was a teenager living the fast life and oh course never had time which I regret tremendously. Now that I'm older I regret not learning more from her and sharing those moments with her. Your cooking reminds me so much of hers. Although....dont take it personal, (nothing compares to my nana's 😊 she was the best.) But on the real....your awesome and so is Cloud and thank you for sharing your recipes. I will continue watching and already told my daughter to start watching you too. Blessing to you and your family always.
I made this today! It's crazy good. Loads of flavor without melting your teeth together. Start to finish in literally 25 minutes. I added an extra 1/2 cup of oil to thin it a bit and an extra tbsp of the excellent tomato bouillon for a little more salty goodness. Other than that, stick to the recipe and DONT burn your peppers! Get the pan hot, put in the peppers and just flip then until roasted. Very strong "fumes" in the pan! Wear your mask guys, trust me! Awesome recipe! Keep it up Ladies and God Bless!!!
Whenever I am having a bad day, as today all I need to do is turn on my computer and watch you two and it seems my problems come to an end. I thank you so much for this. You two are my go-to.
Will be making this as soon as I get the smaller chilies, can't wait to taste it. Your videos and foods never disappoint! They make me laugh and happy and most of all they make me hungry!
OMG. I just made the chili oil. IT IS THE BOMB!!! Thank you for this. I saved a little of the powder to try on different dishes too. It tastes so good right out of the jar lol But I LOVE to eat jalapeños out of the jar. 😋 I can’t wait to try it on meats and stuff. The ingredients were pretty easy to find here in Texas. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Hello Stephanie and Claudia I just made your chili oil and your table chili seasoning to send to my daughter Raquel in Boston and it is so delicious. Girl you weren't kidding about getting en chilada my nose was burning and running and I was sneezing but it was worth it. She is so excited I'm also sending her pumpkin spice conchas and bollios with cream cheese and Jalapenos everything is from your recipes . You both need a cooking show. Your thee best . I live in Maine a transplant from Cali Boston is about 4 hrs away daughter Chilly is driving your goodies to her.
Just made this chili oil and OMMMMGGGGG! It’s so goood. I never taste chili oil by itself before but I had tasted it 2-3 times lol. Had it with chicken pozole and wow 😮 so delicious.
I lived in SoCal for 23 Years . We moved back to our Home State of Oklahoma 4 years ago. I can tell you this, I miss the Mexican Food that we got in California!! Here in Oklahoma, it’s TexMex, which is good, but NOT what we were used to getting in Cali!! We are lucky though, we have some excellent Mexican Markets her in Oklahoma City! You are so right, it’s hard to get certain items, outside of California!! I was really spoiled! I had a container garden in My backyard, and I got 2 of the little Chile plants at Lowe’s, planted one plant per container, they were big containers, I could not believe how big and how many Chilies 🌶 I grew in those pots. I just brought them inside and laid them on a paler towel every time I picked new chilies, and they dried out beautifully!! They looked exactly like what you made the oil with. And you aren’t kidding when you say how HOT 🥵 these little chilies are!! I always wore gloves when handling them dried and fresh, but it still burned me after taking the gloves off, every time I touched my face!! Like I said, you were not kidding about how hot these adorable little chili’s are!! Thank you for sharing all these wonderful recipes!!
I have really enjoyed watching y’all and the recipes. 😊 I caught myself looking for a certain recipe but have been unable to find it. My sister in law make this cheesy pasta kinda like the poblano one, but I have no clue how she does it. If you know what I’m talking about, please do a video on it. Thank y’all so much.
I have never loved a channel more than yours! Steph, your the reason I found the love for baking delicious goodies and making some bomb --- food! Your so down to earth and freakin hilarious and you have such a beautiful fam❤️♥️ you make the best versions of foods I’ve ever tasted! Congrats on your 300k so happy for you!!
I just made my 2nd batch birria chili oil and am excited to give this one a try. I don't really care for SUPER hot food but I know I can add this in small quantities to a number of foods to kick it up a notch! Great recipe! I was able to find the little round peppers on Amazon.
I am so excited to try this recipe- I actually made and gave your Birria oil as Christmas presents this year! We have these types of chili in some of our regular grocery stores here in Albuquerque so we are very lucky!
Congratulations on 300K! I love your channel and have made several of your recipes. This looks so good! I love the humor and comradeship with the camera person. TFS!
Yes I burnt mine I used the recipe from the birria.. but I didn’t give up made it like 3 times and finally got it right I’m gonna try this one cause the last one was good yum I heading to the store now
I managed to not get COVID all this time but have been caring for my tio in and out of the hospital for the last month and caught it! I’m isolating at home and I feel sick but it hasn’t been too bad for me thankfully. But this is just what I needed today! Getting out my Mr coffee grinder and going to make a huge batch of red chili oil for my fridge❤️❤️❤️
@@Viewsontheroad thank you!!!! I made soup the first day. Cream of mushroom with cashew milk and homemade chicken stock. I’ve been eating that and plain chicken broth for 5 days now! I’ll make this tomorrow morning!❤️❤️❤️
I am number 500 to like!!! Sorry, always fun to see it turn into the next rounded number...LOL My husband loves spice...if I can find all of these peppers, I will for sure give it a try!!! Thanks for sharing

Love this hot chili powder n it's easy to get them here in Pennsylvania we have lots of bodegas n Spanish super markets so definitely getting some to make thx girls 😊 blessings 🙏
Seriously just wish I could buy this. This is the kind of the thing I like to have ready, but hard to find time to spend to get all the ingredients. So sell it already!
The wooden spoon trick is awesome? Do you clean your grinder with rice? My mom saw me doing the spoon trick a few months ago. She has never heard of it. We have been frying mainly in cast iron or my wok. The wok works great for French frie s, enough so she pitched my deep fat fryer that hasn't been working so well. I caught her checking her oil with a wooden spoon last week and just smiled. As a kid I just stick a long fry in to check it or if you breaded something you dropped a l little flour in it. We are supposed to do our pineapple dessert tacos tomorrow for family dinner. I was going to try to get mom to measure her sugar and spices and maybe time it too. We love cooked pineapple. I cut up a few for the freezer the other day and she cooked half of one when she used the oven the other night. I suggested my idea for the taco and man was it yummy 😋 it's there an eyes rolling in the back of your head emoji. Thought I would share of we could get measurements.
Hola Stephy, mija you are beautiful, smart, a great chef, mom, wife, daughter, sister & amiga! I love you. My granddaughter looks just like your bebecito! She's a tomboy & really tough! My dad looked Asian, but we're Hispanic. Maybe you should of told the lady who commented that it looked like you gained weight, (I loved your reply to her) " Well, at least I could lose weight, but they're is not much you can do if you're ugly." Prayers for you & your family mi amiga.
It’s also easy to get the chiles in South Texas. There are literally three stores within walking distance of my house in San Antonio where I can get an amazing variety. It’s not just California!
So happy for you showing us this video can't wait to make it. Thank you so much. One ? Actually 2 what brand is your grinder & where did you buy it . I got the chiles de árbol they sell them by the truck loads here in Sandiego, Ca. Look forward for more & more of your videos. 😘👩🍳❤🌹
Hi, so amazing to see all the chiles that are sold in Cali 🤗 I use the MR. Coffee grinder: www.amazon.com/dp/B000BRLXUI/ Thank you for spending time with us sisters!
Oh my! I just made this and man oh man! This is so hot and so beautiful! I know I was suppose to wait for 3 days, but I couldn’t wait! I dribbled it over some pork rinds. 🔥🔥 My dehydrated jalapeño just came in the mail and that oil is next 🔥
First thing...thanks for the videos...😉 secondly what's the make and model of your grinder...Thirdly can an coffee grinder (not used for coffee) be used? Lastly....chile de arbol is too spicy for me but I've realized a medium heat chile is Japones...so I am gonna try ur recipe with chile Japones and morita (smokey flavor)...
