I never put it in the fridge. The oil fat solidifies and looks unappealing. I make it with 5-7 different dried chilis for extremely flavorful chili (guajillo, pasilla, puya, morita, cola de tata, piquin, and habanero). We put it on everything so eat it every day and never goes bad.
I buy the tostados and the regular. The tostados are good for when you have little kids. That way you don’t have your little kids coughing their heads off when you’re tostando the chiles.
