This recipe is not for fish roll...I will try and make a video on that. I really don't know how much you can sell it because we aren't in the same location. My advice is please do your perfect costing then you will know how to go about your price. Thanks

Thanks for watching Yes, you can use margarine( I used margarine too but used to calling them butter) 1teaspoon of salt for 500g of flour. Check description box for perfect measurement.

Thanks for watching. I do bake mine at 160degrees for 45mins to 1hr. I don't know how high your oven is at 160degrees, mine is not so high. My advice is to check your sausage rolls at interval. I hope this is helpful?

To do your costing calculete the total of all the ingredient used for the recipe. If you we able to get like 10piece after baking divide the total cost by 10piece and multiple the result by 2 or 3. Before you finalize the cost, check your environment and your competitors for how much they sell theirs, don't over charge and don't under charge your product. Like the total cost is #500 divide by 10piece that will give you #50 per one, so that #50 multiple by 3 so the cost of one will be #150. I hope you understand?
