Yeah, sometimes it’s a pain when we don’t know what’s in the order. So what I do is when I get to the location and I look for the paper that has everything on it and if I don’t see it I’ll ask somebody. Does this come with the paper for the order so I can give it to the customer so when I get there, they can go through it and make sure that everything is here? I always say it first thing so that way why I’m loading up they have time to go print it off the computer. Obviously, they got some sort of paperwork because otherwise, how would they know what to cook for the order.
Heavy on the change up the dispatch system. When they go on live that is the only thing people need to bring up to them ; how the orders are offered. That is what is holding them back from others considering them a good app
Yea unfortunately this appears to be true. I really hope they changed their dispatch system but I've been with it for 3 years now and doesn't seem like they will 🤦🏿♂️
