Actually thanks to you I've been working for a year now for deliver that and DLIVRD. I do much better on delivered and I'm a top tier person but I can't pass the badge test on deliver that so I only get small orders like $40 orders but I do maybe one or two everyday. I feel like the test is setting you up to fail. As an example the last question on the badge test is picking the right setup and none of them are right. The only one that has the utensils and the napkins at the end has the salad at the beginning which they say they want the entree before the salad. So I believe they want you to fail that test and I just can't pass it. Another question asks if there's a problem should you call or text and when you watch the video it just says reach out to us, doesn't say call or text. 😢. Deliver that just gets on my nerves but I still keep it up and managed to catch one everyday

Dlivrd paid the best base paid $10-$15 paid plus 10% tips go to driver. I love it

I did not think about that concerning the pool tip, but I am thinking that 🤔 may be a reason. However, if any customer does a catering, they should know better to tip, but then again, there are cheap rich people in the world, so that's why I am leaning more towards you're probably right.

Thanks for asking. I'm still on the grind and hustle. I've simply been without a computer for more than a month. I sent it to the company to resolve an issue, and I've been going back and forth with them about returning mine or replacing it since they've had it for so long. It's been beyond frustrating because I'm also in between money, so to speak, and so I'm unable to buy another one for a few more weeks. So I watch, grimmace, and continue with the grind and hustle.

DeliverThat is very, very sporadic at least for me in my market. On a good day, I may be able to grab two orders. But that's not happened in several months.

Hello Geezer, I'm a geezer too, and I have a question about DeliverThat. Between the time you hear the ping of an offer notification, and the offer disappearing from the screen because t'was "recalled" or snatched by "another driver", how much time elapses? Is it a fraction of a second? Do you get at least a second or less to comprehend what happened? From my experience; if I'm not holding my phone with the app opened, staring at the screen, I may never see the offer or the "ACCEPT" button at all. The one time out of four that I did it see it and clicked, t'was too late. I asked a few questions of support, and I have yet to get an answer. However, the total lack of offers speaks volumes. Apparently, if you ask questions, you may never get anoter offer again!! No offers for you. It feels like shadow banning to me. Did anyone else go through the same scenario? There is no compunction to help you, or answer your questions.

@@giggeezer Yes you did, Geezer. Those of us who grapple with the problem can describe it in great detail; what is missing is a solution. This smacks of plausible deniablity on the part of the company, a means of thinning the heard in the aftermath of onboarding too many people. Not to mention that we are paying for MVRs and other accessories, it cost them nothing to be disappointing to those of us who have older slower phones (< 5G), shadow banned, or dare I say figured out how to snatch offers without human intervention. If they were truly in search of a fair and transparent approach, they would've pointed out the difficulties in the recruiting process. UDM hints at this by saying, "you have to be on your best internet game". In the name of transparency, they would've said that some folks will never get to see an offer before it is snagged by someone else. Furthermore, charging for an MVR and other accessories when other gigs do not; it may not cost them anything to onboard people who will later be very disappointed and give up before ever getting a single offer. If this is anything like the experience others have had, I really want to hear about it.

DeliverThat socializes the tips because some customers don't tip and some merchants take half the tip. To avoid having to add extra base pay like DD does with Base Pay when a customer doesn't tip the driver, DT is instead making the drivers get small tips on all orders. This is a cost saving measure for DeliverThat and this is why drivers don't like them. They are sticking it to drivers for the shady merchants and cheap customers. Avoid anything that socializes pay as socialism doesn't work and is an unfair system for workers. This is why they are so desperate for drivers. Also their base pay is too small for the amount of time and work involved. Small base pay and small socialized tips is a hard pass.
