In this tutorial, I show you how make your own deck of Oracle Cards!
You can use these cards for guidance, meditation, or spiritual understanding.
We take ordinary playing cards, and various papers cut from magazines, catalogs, children's books, etc. We try out different backgrounds to set the tone for the card. We cut the paper for the background and glue it onto the card, choosing whether to cover the side with numbers or the design on the back. Next we look through our stash of smaller images of people and animals, to give the card it's own "voice," and fussy cut it (carefully cut out around the image.) Glue it onto the background, and there you have it! We will be adding words that project a sense of well-being, and adding one word to each card.
