How to Make My Podcast Sound Better

I am starting a podcast with a teacher and a few other students! We are multiple people (7 at all) in a big classroom and we are recording with the microphone of my phone. I don't want to spend money on equipment because I would be the one paying. (I am the one who edits the audio, works on the sound and everything else) Is here anything we should do to get better audio?

Sir, I want to do voice over. I want to buy Sure SM 58 mic. But a shopkeeper told me that you cannot do recording with dynamic mic. This is not for recording. Condenser mics are made for recording. Sir, what should i do ? Please tell me the Truth 🤔

I am trying to listen to a podcast, with a poor speaking voice. Is there any way to improve voice quality while listening?
