How to make nettle water, energy drink 

Nettle water (Urtica dioica), presented by the druids Patellix and Dandelix, is an easy-to-make natural energizing drink, which has the same draining, energizing and remineralising properties as birch sap. All you have to do is macerate fresh Nettles, preferably washed and picked in places protected from any pollution. We will macerate them for a few hours or the night before for the next morning, in water, and we will then obtain this excellent energy drink. Be careful, if you macerate longer, you will get nettle manure, which has more virtues in the garden, but which will not be consumable as a drink.
