Used your recipe to make a batch for my friends grandma for her birthday, got a “not bad white boy” out of her. Thank you for the help and easy to follow instructions
Jesus Christ suffered, bled and died to rescue you from hell. You don't have to bear the consequences of your sins. Repent and accept Jesus as your personal Lord and saviour today. Tomorrow may be too late. Jesus loves you. God bless you. Amen.
I made chinchin yesterday using this recipe- the fried method and it was so delicious. I used the 'half measurement' though that 160ml milk wasn't enough so I added more...i would definitely be making more chinchin..thank you!
On a good day, i hate chin chin but since the day i tried the recipe from your blog, i haven't stopped making chinchin at home. Thank u for making me an amazing cook in general. Every meal I've made following your recipe has been a hit.
The fried one is the best one l think but both looks amazing thanks so much l am from ethiopian and l love Nigerian so much Prophet T.B Joshua country♥♥♥
So I made chin chin with your recipe, a little twist of using milk flavour in place of cinnamon and it was all shade of yummy, my kids and d adults finished all in 2 day, same quantity u made, I now have a recipe I trust!!! Thank you so much!
@@anitachinyelu941 I am Nigerian but I live in USA and we don't have it here, not even in the African stores, and I never heard of it before. What is it like and is there a way to make it myself?
You know, I'm just going to say this. Apart from the fact that this looks delicious...it is of course; I just love that you took your time to give us the details of your measurements in the description box. Both in grams and in cups...it means much. Thank you. And you just gained a new subscriber.
I used this recipe and loved the outcome. The second time round I didn’t use baking powder because I prefer my ChinChin really crunchy. Thank you so much Sisi Jemimah !
@@michaelwisdom456 It makes the dough rise so it's becomes airy inside the chin-chin. So when you chew it might feel less crunchy. Personally, I make chin-chin in the shape of strings (not cubes like in the video) so I add baking powder to make it easier to chew.
I wish I can share pictures, I just made my first chin chin after watching this and it came out perfect. Thank you sister, I hope to make this a business.
I love the way you put the measurements in Grams n cup.thanks for the recipe I pray this channel grows beyond your expectation ,cus ur doing amazing work I watch all your videos. All the best

All thanks to you sisijemima i saw ur video on ig, came here to watch well, and quickly made mine, guess what? It came out super delish...you r a blessing oooo. Chaiiii
I just finished making my chinchin. I added vanilla extract for extra flavour and it taste so yummy....😘😘😘👌👌👌🙏🙏🙏. My daughter said, I should bless you....Thanks and God bless you.
The baking takes more time. I used my air fryer and it came out real good. However I still love the old fashion way of frying in deep oil. Saves time and tastes the same. For the mixing the dough; I use my kitchen aid. It come out really nice.
i tried out this recipe and it was absolutely perfect so crunchy and delicious I used the fry method because I feel it is better, best chin chin recipe so far!!!
Pro'ly the baking powder. Baking powder's work is to make it rise a bit but a little excess can make the result break. Being careful with your baking powder in any snack is essential 😊
Initially, while making the dough, it didn't have colour and smooth texture as yours and i started to have some concerns but after frying, it came out nicely. Oh and i replaced one teaspoon of cinnamon powder with one teaspoon of nutmeg. I'm definitely making this again!
Wow I made chin chin for the first time after seeing your video, it came out perfect 😊...I tried the baking and frying methods, all came out awesome but I think I prefer the Fried one❤️... Thanks so much for the guide😊🤗🤗
This recipe is great, so yummy, just finished making new year chin chin at home, everyone likes it,👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍, I love the aroma the cinnamon powder gave it, I personally love taking cinnamon and milk, never knew you could add it in making chin chin, so yummy!!! I am so going to stick to this channel, thanks alot
@sisiJemimah, Good day ma, you've been a great Inspiration and trust me I've tried a whole lot of your recipe's just no pictures to prove😂, okay so now I'd like to make Chinchin of 10 cups, and I have issues with measurement, would you please be kind enough to help break down the measurement?🥺I mean the sugar and all..Thank youuu in advance
Pls lets be frying our chinchin, the oven one resemble pako biscuit. God will judge the people who made it sha. Only 1 question for them, WHY??? Meanwhile this chinchin now, i have to make sure my sheedren dont see it on my youtube feed before they will start hankering for chinchin! Pls if i try it, i will need supermarkets to help me to sell . Afterall, this lockdown has birthed many businesses. Mummydammy shinshin💃💃💃💃
My chin always drowned in oil, everytime I do it, am definitely going to be trying the baked version. Thank you so much. I love...love all your recipes already😘😘
Made this chin chin and it’s so tasty. I made small sizes and big not so big and discovered the smaller the chin chin size, the crunchier it is. Will prefer the big size atleast for the kids which is soft to chew. But overall, good that I made chin chin for the first time and will not buy again but make mine from now on🥰😊Well done sis
Please note that for the baked chin chin, you definitely need to use significantly more butter than is quoted in your recipe otherwise the chin chin is extremely hard and inedible (I just made it following your recipe and they are not good). I suggest 125g butter for 250g flour.
