No Bake Cherry Cheesecake

Ingredients:
For the crust:
- 1 ½ cup ground biscuits
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ cup melted butter
For the filling:
- 14 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream, whipped
- 2 oz. melted white chocolate
- 2-3 tbsp. Cherry sauce
Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl mix the ground biscuits with the vanilla extract, ground cinnamon and melted butter.
2. Mix until combined and transfer to a 14 inch springform pan.
3. In another bowl mix the cream cheese with the powdered sugar and stir in the heavy whipped cream, melted chocolate and whisk until combined.
4. Transfer to a pan on top of the crust.
5. Add drops of the cherry sauce and with a toothpick run all over dots to make a nice pattern.
6. Chill for at least 4 hours and serve to enjoy.
