How to Make Olive Oil Mashed Potatoes - It's EasyAF! 

Back again, I just made some using plant based butter and they were amazing. If you are not a big fan of olive oil, and trying to avoid dairy, plant based butter is the way to go.

I like to make them like this and then bake them in a pan, then eat them with bolognese. It’s like Italian shepherds pie

I made some a couple hours ago...they are amazing. I have a granddaughter who cannot have diary products at all. Looks like she is getting some at Christmas Dinner. It's hard to believe that you can get so much flavor out of 4 ingredients, but then again, Anne Burrell had a rosemary dijon mustard marinade that is only 4 things and it is the bomb. Thanks again Amanda, these are easy AF.
