Ok this is very nice tool like for when you going to be cooking on remote areas, oh you are cheap and wanna save money not using power, or for big amounts of production, or you out of power, also you need to make something like push arm so that give you more consistency of quality of the product, so when you fitted and spinning product not be jumping, stay pressing and holding the items. This is very good idea.

Really so easy all i need is 2 gears , metal sheets and grinder, drill, and cutter machine which is always found in all homes maybe a leath even.

After watching this video I went to shop and brought one knife and now I'm cutting my onions.....🙂😁

I like it but why did you weld the handle how to you clean it instead of a threaded union would of worked with a nylon locknut next no way to adjust the thickness and no plunger in the tube to push the onion into the blade

I have to ask the question. Why did you use galvanized pipe for the holding shoot for the slicing blades? It is a NO NO for using that type of material around food processing equipment. I would have used food grade pvc or pva.

Its funny to see comments about no safety guard, really? What about the galvanized feed chute, the sprockets out of a road kill grinder that are now being used as gears, the spinning blade assemble that is made from some type of scrap sheet metal that was probably found in the scrap metal pile at Chernobyl. Any surface making contact with food purposefully or incidentally must be a minimum of SAE 200 Stainless Steel . And how about this, all that equipment and no center punch? Whats the deal with that sharpened Allen bolt.
