Cube the hot potatoes 2. Mix in the chopped onions onto the hot potato 3. Add eggs, relish and all other ingredients. 4. Mayo to your taste. I like my salad with lots of mayo because as it sits in your refrigerator it will be absorbed. When available I add imitation crab. I DO NOT LIKE CELERY so I don’t put that. The key is to do this while potatoes are hot. You may adjust your ingredients to your taste. As you mix, some of the potatoes may break down so this is like Japanese style potato salad.
