For those of you wondering about an old gen method like this, just quit your game completely, load back into story mode then to an invite only session. I just did it and it took me less than four minutes (3:49) to be back online and ready to go again and it reset the cooldown timers.

Another way is if you have the acid lab and the nightclub while your waiting if you decide to wait those businesses will make you money which if they have full bars you can the clucking bell farm raid which takes about 30 minutes solo (if you decide to do it solo) or you can do with a friend then it should only take 15 minutes and if you don’t want to do the farm raid you can either do missions for yours business and you should make about which could make you about 1.7 million in four hours while keeping your businesses at full and the business missions sometimes give you money

For PS4, do the diamond job, next do VIP sightseer, then doe Robbery in Progress, next do Headhunter.... rinse and repeat.

Yes. If xbox or ps5, change outfits before you go to the main menu, then log back into free mode. Once in go to an invite only session. Rinse and repeat.

Nightclub plus terabyte and drone station is crazy that's at least 3 mil full price with cheapest nightclub you would need to do a bunch of client jobs to see a return. Buy agency do Dr.Dre twice and it's already paid for itself and no quitting the game. Besides low levels can't call Lester so losing the cops during client jobs would be more of a hassle. Auto shop is a good choice too only if you already have agency. The cheapest weapon vehicle workshop is the arena.

Found a way to make this even easier. As soon as u complete mission, go to main menu and just join back into free mode then go to invite only. It saves going to story mode and all the other crap, this is faster and I accidentally found that out. Will save a few mins per use.
