How to make paella [Yukari, a cooking researcher] 

Hello. This is Yukari, a culinary researcher.
This time, I made paella ☆ It's easy with one frying pan! It's an excellent paella that can be easily made using a frozen seafood mix♪ Here are some tips for making paella delicious. A perfect dish for Christmas! It's full of umami and delicious, so please try making it ♪

・200g Frozen seafood mix
・2 cups Rice
・1/2 Onion
・1/2 each paprika
・100g canned whole tomatoes
・1 garlic clove
・2 Asparagus
・Italian parsley
・5 tbsp white wine
・450ml water
・2.5 tbsp olive oil
・1 tsp Consomme granules
・1 tsp Chicken stock powder
・1/2 tsp Salt
・a pinch of Saffron
・Salt and pepper
