Great video - thanks - our kit from BJugs arrived! 🍷 - so we’re excited to make our first batch of wine. Q. Storing wine - what orientation? Upright or on side? Probably a stupid question but I haven’t see that explained - thanks

Congrats on very important purchase 😊😊 generally they store expensive wines horizontally to avoid “corking “ , the cork dries out and can crumble in to wine if stored vertically . Storing it horizontally keeps the cork wet and avoids this issue . As home-brews we use screw lids , it makes no difference , mine are standing up 😊👍

Can the sugar be avoided or not add so much sugar or add something to replace sugar like honey or cinnamon?

You can’t avoid sugar as that’s what will make it into alcohol . You can reduce sugar and will get less stronger drink . You can add honey but it will have to be a lot and it will taste totally different
