That metal round container that you put the wet cement in,what is the name? And you didn't apply a gun to the handles of the dumbells before combining them,if I want to do hammer curls won't they fall off?

I have made 2 dumbells of 3 kg, 2 dumbells of 7kg and 1 barbell of 15 kg 😀😀

i did the math and each one of those cylinders weigh around 2.54 kg, so the dumbell weighs only 5 kg. correct me if im but i don't think thats 20 kgs in total.... thanks for the instructions on how to make dumbells btw.
