She never mentioned this was a keto-friendly recipe. 5. She suggested nutmeg if you’re allergic to cinnamon. 6. She’s using oat flour. 7. You can probably use any kind of plant milk you like if you have a nut/gluten allergy. Did I miss anything?? 😂 P.S. This recipe looks amazing and the song is the cherry on top!
