@@FataLenora awesome!! :) I highly highly recommend trying their penne vodka recipe if your family likes that. My family was blown away and didn’t believe it was vegan!! You just have to make sure you’re using a good brand of vegan cheese 😊

@@FataLenora I really like those :) the penne vodka recipe calls for a good amount of parmesan cheese and I think the highest quality brand is the Vio Life parmesan, it comes in a triangular block that you can grate and it’s amazing!! But if you have other recommendations please fill me in lol

You can cream the butter and sugar together with a hand mixer (goodwill and habitat for humanity have LOTS of them if you’re in the US!) There’s no reason you shouldn’t have these cookies in your life.

I've made this recipe several times when I went vegan especially when I made non vegan cake as a dessert for everyone else yet the cookies were always the first to go. As long as it tastes good my family would eat all the vegan dishes and snacks I make even when they have a wider range of non vegan options to choose from.
