for one quart jars
Thousand Island:
1/2 onion, sliced
1/2 green pepper, sliced
2/3 c brown sugar
1 tsp mustard seed
1 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp salt
2 c Vinegar
8 - 10 hard boiled eggs
Bread and Butter:
1/2 onion, sliced
3 - 4 garlic cloves
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp mustard seed
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp celery seed
1 tbsp salt
2 c vinegar

Classic Pickled:
3 - 4 garlic cloves
2 bay leaf
1 tbsp salt
1/4 c sugar
2 c vinegar
