Pizza sauce 2 tbsp olive oil 1/2 cup finely chopped onion 2tbsp garlic 2 large tomato puree(skin peeled) 1/2 tsp black pepper 1tbsp dry Italian herbs( oregano, parsley, thyme) 1tsp chili flacks 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp sugar (Instant sauce: you can mix tomato ketchup+Italian herbs+olive oil+chili flakes for an instant sauce if you don't want to make pizza sauce and don't mind a little sweeter taste.) pizza dough 2 cups flour 1tsp yeast 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp sugar 2tbsp olive oil 100-120ml water(1/2 -3/4 cup)depending on the type of flour and weather. make a stiff dough. bake for 20 mins 250°C(480°F) for a crispy base bake 10 mins on the lower rack and 10 mins on the middle if you have a table top oven.

I tried this as my kids were urging me to do immediately a pizza..I said the dough needs to rest for 2 hrs..now I cant as it is late...but this recipe was a saviour as I was surfing for something quicker..it was soft and yummy! I put sausage,tomatoes, corn as my kids dont like mushroom or pineapple..it was good..I didnt have mozzarella..just cut cheese slices and it still was yummy..I loved the simple kneading and resting time short which could satisfy their pizza craving instantly
