The melted cheese is irresistible, and this pizza toast is a great way to get maximum flavor from familiar ingredients. The key is a quick pizza sauce made with a good frying of ketchup! Now all you need is some bread, cheese and salami and a few vegetables and you're good to go.
Beer with a beer cocktail [red eye] with tomato juice for a holiday brunch. It's perfect for.
[Materials Used]
Pizza sauce] *Easy-to-make amount, makes roughly 2 slices of bread
15g of olive oil
Tomato ketchup ... 60g
Vinegar ...20g
3 to 4g of grated garlic
Tabasco...a few drops, if you like, or not.
Bread...1 slice (I used 5 slices)
Pizza sauce...from 20g
2 small tomatoes...sliced
Shredded cheese...from 80g
Onion...10g, thinly sliced
Green pepper - 5g, thinly shredded
4 to 8 pieces of salami (I used 2 types of salami, Milano salami and fresh salami chorizo)
Olive oil...to taste
(1) [Pizza sauce] Saute the ketchup in olive oil and add the other ingredients. Stir-fry thoroughly until it becomes deep
(2) Spread the pizza sauce from (1) evenly around the edges of the bread and cut it into small pieces. Scatter the tomatoes around.
(3) On top of that, shredded cheese ▶︎ salami ▶ onions and peppers ▶ a good amount of olive oil ▶. Top with a little shredded cheese, in that order.
(4) Grill the cheese in a toaster until it is browned and melted.
(5) Drink as much alcohol as you like while eating.
The key to pizza sauce is to fry the ketchup well! It has a different depth and richness.
If you cut the bread in advance, the result is more beautiful than if you cut it after baking it, and you can enjoy it hot right away. You can eat it.
Served with boiled egg and coleslaw salad.
Sausage and bacon can be used instead of salami.
