@@jarabagoing8361 Thank you for watching our video, We have everything to measure the ABV, But in most of our video didn't mentioned about the hydrometer because most of the viewers don't want the complicated things and tools, after all we are home brewers...... We have shown the hydrometer measuring in this video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-qdZYwOREe6I.html
Wild Yeasts are natural and cultured Yeasts in factory is defferent, that is one variety of yeast that's the strong Yeast which can tolerate the highest ABV 18-20%
Thank you for watching our video, If you want to learn how to make Wine Yeasts or Wild Yeasts watch this video ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-GY6Tn-i7cSM.html
First of all it should be clear without any waste materials on top of the wine. It shouldn't be Vinegar smell. Wine' taste should be mix of Sour, Bitter and Sweet. If your wine is not sweet it consider as dry wine.
@@FoodiesWok i used light green apple full of juice and sweet first day nothing added how can i control upto 14% and in this no yeast is required right
@@noncustomcarsbikes9490 Naturally you get 7% - 10% if you want to increase ABV add 100 Gm sugar after 5-7days. Or at the starting point use a hydrometer and check the gravity of the sugar. If your Apple Yeast is not strong then you have to add extra Yeasts that means Wine Yeasts then can fix the ABV
Hi Boudi, already subscribed to your channel. Salute to Dada for having you :) As I've seen your other videos (I really like those), you replied to questions with genuine knowledge, and no doubt, I learn from that. Now I can only wish I were seen your Channel years ago! Anyway, Boudi, one thing I do not understand how do you measure it is 12% ABV! Is it your assumption, or do you really measure it! Thank you again for your fantastic and detailed videos. Take care.
Thank you for watching our video, Actually we used to measure the ABV% on Triple scale hydrometer. We fix percentage of ABV when starting. The process. It can be less or more when you are making with our recipe, it's depends on the sweetness of the fruits you are using. We have never show the measuring part, because the people don't want to make wine as the companies do. People wants to know the traditional way of wine making process. We can fix the ABV% as our choice on adding sugar into the fruit juice. Thank you for watching our video, Use 5gms packet wine yeast for 4 litre must. It's same process, add store bought wine yeasts instead of homemade wine yeast, no need to activate wine yeasts. You can add wine yeasts directly into your fruit must. And follow same procedure as showed in our video.
Thank you for watching our video, Yes, it should be fully ripened. There is no issue if your wine is not much sour, that's natural taste of wine. You can back sweet it adding little sugar. You should keep your wine in airtight bottles if fermentation is over. Otherwise your wine will turn into vinegar gradually.
@@مهرانمهرانی-س2ش Normally you should keep 7 days to 10 for completing primary fermentation except Apple and Sugarcane, these 2 has strong wild Yeasts which can convert wine into vinegar very fast that is why you should fix airlock system after 3 days
@@مهرانمهرانی-س2ش Yes, most of the fruit wines making process is same. The term 7 to 10 days is depends on sweetness of the fruit and how much extra sugar you are adding. It's pure science you must be aware of it. Or you don't take it seriously make it as a hobby....ha...ha..haaa
@@noncustomcarsbikes9490 You can make Wine Yeasts at home. Cultivating video already available in our channel. Or you can buy Wine Yeasts online in 5gm Sachet it cost upto 200 - 400 rupees per sachet. Try in Amazon
The perfect recipe is given with written instructions and without any extra noise you have shown one by one how to use. and the proper major it was looking nice good for regular use and good for health also. but one thing i want to tell why mostly people use wheat in the wine. Can you please explain.
Thank you for watching our video, Nothing will happen if wheats added when making wine. Yeast cannot convert starch into alcohol. For that, starch ( wheat or any grain) should convert into sugar first. This is the procedure. This is happening in beer, liquor and original rice wine making. ( Not the RU-vid rice wine)
Thank you for watching our video, The Glass Jar brand name is ' Yera ' but you can use any brand which is coming with airtight lid (Gasket attached lid). Siphon is available in hardware shops or you can buy online. Special brewers Siphon also get online. Glass bottle which is used in our video is a old Champagne 🍾 bottle. Which specially made for Wine and Champagne. But You can use old Beer bottle. Never use thin and clear bottle for storing Wine.
Thank you for watching our video, Nothing will happen If we use stainless steel utensils for wine making, ethanol (Alcohol) never interact with stainless steel. After all Wine making companies using stainless steel reservoirs for fermentation process. But can't use any other metal utensils except stainless steel utensils for fermentation process.
Thank you for watching our video, Your appreciation strengthens us to make more traditional video recipes like this So please share our video to your friends and relatives to support us. We got 4 litres of wine from this measurement.
Pl advise I made pomegranate wine but it is still sweet what can i do i fermented it for 18 days untill all metrial went down to the jar pl advise it is still sweet have 12percent nasa
Thank you for watching our video, Yes, ofcourse you can make wine without sugar. But the fruit you are using for making Wine should be very sweet. Other wise you get a less ABV% wine.
Thanks a lot for such a detailed video. Can we make it with 100 percent juice available in the market? If yes, then how much juice to use for 2.5 kg of actual fruit. Thanks in advance for your assistance
Thank you for watching our video, First of all it's very difficult to get pure and whole 100% juice from market. Please check the ingredients information given on the juice bottle. If preservative added it will prevent the wine making process that is fermentation. If you got pure whole juice, you can use it directly as the measurement shown in our video. But you should add less sugar or 200gms for 4 litre juice because normally pomegranate juice is very sweet. Feel free to ask any further information about traditional wine making process.

Hello sir, I am waiting for your reply. As I have no knowledge about wine. Why this is not wine but Desi Sharab! Hope you elaborate on your findings. And one more thing, I do not find any videos on your channel. I am eagerly waiting for the details. Take care.
@@hr936 it's a discouraging comment and nothing else!!! Actually it was called desi sharabh 8000 years ago, because wine is the first alcoholic drink discovered 8000 years ago, May be more than that. I can give a good reply for this comment, but I respect my subscribers, viewers and RU-vid's community standards.
