i might try to recreate a metal song at some point. kind of like how i recreated "kyoto" by phoebe bridgers and "kiss of venus" by paul mccartney and dominic fike. any songs i should look into recreating if i did something like that? 🤔
@@xole of course! I found it really helpful. As far as metal songs go, the bulk of what I enjoy and listen to gets played on extended range guitars so it might be a bit difficult unless you have a 7-8 string guitar sitting around haha. A cool song that bridges the gap between metal/djent/thall and pop is ‘The Offering’ by Sleep Token. They play in Eb tuning but a whole octave down where the bass would be. I could see about recording and sending you the guitar stem to work with though. If not any of that, I’d just go with any metal track you’re familiar with and have the equipment to recreate without too much fuss. Cheers!
To whom it may concern, I am delighted to be informed of the fact that my "how to make pop beats from scratch in ableton 11 ♪" RU-vid tutorial was indeed helpful in your journey to learn how to make pop beats from scratch in Ableton 11. xole
Even though I’ve been producing for a while, I still always learn some useful tiny tips from your videos. And you absolutely killed that video production! Keep it up, Cole!
jai, you are not alone with that feeling. we all experience the doubt and difficulties of trying to create art and strive towards something greater than us. the cool thing to understand is that you are on your own path and your time will come when it does! there's no need to see others and compare what they're doing to you. just keep making things that make you happy and trust that it will all come in due time :)
