Key to large pops and vigorous popping is first .. heat your pot.. second .. pour enough oil .. wait for it to heat .. third .. add corns enough to cover the base of your vessel NEVER TOO MUCH. So you’d give enough room for corns to pop freely. High flame is best. I tried medium but the slow popping resulted in scorching the first poppers. High is fast and they All pop altogether. I prepare it in a minute. Popcorn maniac ✌🏻😀
I would have done the popcorn first then put into a bowl while the caramel was made separately. Once done then add caramel to popcorn and stir until mixed all over. Still looks good the way you did it though.
Not recommended doing this way it's so messy and you'll burn the sugar first before everything is done. You should pop the pop corn first using oil. Once done, melt the sugar into the empty pan to make caramel. Then mix in the popcorn to coat with the caramel.
There are several ways to cook popcorn and I always cook it this way and it is successful Popcorn does not burn and sugar does not burn and it is very delicious believe me just try the method
Je vois une petite main de gourmandise qui n'a pas peur du chaud ah d'accord c'est ta fille Merci pour ta vidéo je crois que maintenant je ne raterais plusj Jamais les popcorn 😊😊😊😊😊😊
Add your oil, let it warm up, add the sugar and mix up quick, put popcorn in, quick stir, lid on and turn down the heat. The warm oil will dissolve the sugar which will coat the popcorn making it sweet.
It‘s the first time I see this method! Most would do it in two steps.First, pop the corn. And then cook the caramel ,I put a pinch of cooking soda powder and salt to cook it.Then put the popcorn to the caramel, stir thoroughly.
You don't need that much suger, actually, you don't need suger at all, just add small salt and it would taste even better and healthier. but I would try the sugar method too from time to time.
