Your Tailboom looks much better than before. May I offer some advice... Like was said in the last video comments though, you're going to need a LOT more RPMs on that Rotorhead, at a guess you have 1000 - 1200 RPM on that, you need minimum 2000-2200 for a 450 size if you plan to fly it. Once you hit 2000 RPM you might want to check out the wear rate on those tail drive connectors as well, if they are 3d printed, they wont last long and they will be higly stressed. Also you are going to need a flybarless controller to stand any chance of flying it. I wish you good luck with your build.

Aztek 1701 Thanks so much for your advice. Why my tail gearbox vibration? I try to balance tail rotor blade, but it is still vibration.

@@homemaderchelicopters hard to say.. usually a tail vibration is caused by the rotor shaft being slightly bent test this by rolling it on a sheet of glass. Also if the tail blades are too tight you'll get vibration. It could also be a harmonic vibration which will go away as it increases in rpms.

Your skills are remarcable. You have a very well understanding of how an helicopter works. But a helicopter is about precision, in any moving part. Precision ball bearings everywhere. Your swashplate linkage is way to complicated. Sloop will occure in every lever...try to eliminate as much levers and linkages you can. The more direct the linkage will be, the better it will work. Your gears are nice, but will not resist. Use available gears made industrial. And rotor blades are not only a piece of material, they are weighted. There`s lead and other stuff placed inside. The shape is important aswell.

From an airworthy perspective I have serious concerns, you’ve over complicated what by now are very reliable and simple systems and introduced thousands of failure points by doing so, your airframe also seems to be very heavy and you main blades too small for that size Heli - have you considered C of G and weight and balance? Your mast and head are very high which will invite severe roll over tendencies - my advice would be to look at modern RC Helis and replicate their simple systems then apply your intricate scale fuselage over that
