Ingredients List:

Preparation:
After washing the lentils well, we put them in the pot that we will cook. We pour hot water on it, close the lid and cook for 7-8 minutes, add the bulgur without waiting, mix and close the lid, we brew for 5 minutes. At the end of this time, we open the lid and take it into the mixing bowl, we fry the finely chopped onions in the olive oil and sunflower oil in the pan, add it to the lentils and add salt, We mix cumin and black pepper, when it gets warm, add lemon juice, finely chopped parsley and green onion, knead it well, squeeze it with our hands and serve it over plenty of greens.
