Thank you , I never thought of this,I went to 3 grocery stores looking for Roma tomatoes and NOTHING!! WONDERFUL IDEA NOW IN STOCKING UP ON THESE CANS OF TOMATOES 🍅 ❤❤
My daughter and I went to an Indian Restaurant for the first time. They served a dessert that was very similar to capirotada. I love how many recipes are so similar to different cultures. Food does bring people together.
I think I may have gotten something besides a jalapeño. It was very big compared to the jalepenos in the video but a similar dark color. Whatever it was, it made this recipe amazing still! Thank you for sharing this!
I spend so much on salsa. I bet I eat half a gallon a week 😂 Finally decided to try learning some recipes, will give this one a try! There’s nothing I won’t put salsa on, as a sauce!
Yeah I'm always trying different brands and styles of salsas trying to find really good ones and they get pretty expensive. I finally realized buying the fresh ingredients was only a little bit more, and making it yourself is easy and so damn worth it. It's way better homemade
For some reason the stems are required in the recipes. I have old handwritten recipes I got with a 50 year old molchate I got on ebay. Said must be stems and not all leaves. Perhaps someone with exact knowledge will chime in.
I got the recipe from El Torito in San Diego when I went to buy 3 pints of salsa, it was on a post card. The manager gave it to me when i asked for the recipe. Its not the one that is all over the internet. Had salsa and the guacamole on the card. No sugar in it. If you want I can give recipe I got.
