Rice cooking tips below
- 1:1 rice water ratio (some do 2:1 water and rice ratio)
- I use short/medium-grain rice
- Never open the lid during the cooking process
- Bring it to a boil, turn down the heat to med-low for 5 mins, turn it down to low for 5 mins, and then turn off the stove and let sit for 5 mins before opening the lid
- Freeze left over rice

I do stove method. I like the nurungji at the bottom. 🤩 Not sure if that’s achievable in a rice cooker as I’ve never used one.
