Ingredients
2 cups of Rice flour
1 cup of Quinoa flour
3 cups of water
1/4 cup of ersho
Steps (Day 1)
Mix the rice, Quinoa and ersho in one container
Add some water and start mixing all together with your hand (wash your hands ahead)
Follow video to see how it looks like
Now let it stay over night (12 hrs at least)
Steps (Day 2)
Now we can see that the mix has fermented
Add 1/2 cup of Rice and 1/2 cup of Quinoa
Start mixing all together by adding more water

After mixing it well, leave it for another 12 hours
Steps (After 12 hours)
Now filter out the water
We will use the filtered water later
Use 1/4 cup from the mix and boiled water 1 cup to make absit
Let the absit cool down
Now add the absit to the mix and stir well
Wait for about 20 minutes
Use the filtered water to make the the mix thinner according to your desire
Now its ready to bake
