@@HappyTimes-1933 Elias has a clean and well run operation so I'm sure he has a good relationship with agencies like the USDA, and that their inspects are a casual interaction like what's seen in the video. Its the sketchy businesses that the agencies are hardasses towards, and these sketchy guys are usually the most vocal about disliking them.

Have you watched their channel RELIGIOUSLY yet? Because once you do you'll realize that that is the magical think about Brad : he gets along with ANYONE! He has such an amazing personality type. Every time I see a video where he's working with someone everyone in the comments compliments their chemistry without realizing it's just the person Brad is! He's such a charismatic person!

@@onemileperhour In Brad's case he did manage people while Kitchen Manager. He was Gabby's boss and the other kitchen assistants too. In a restaurant or catering service the kitchen manager is in charge of hiring all staff and ordering and sorting all produce, also the person in charge of training and health and safety. They're basically the person running the whole thing. Brad was actually very important but ya can't tell because he's just got that super chill, friendly attitude.
